Use the property search below or pop into our showroom in St Helens. We have a large selection of properties across St Helens and surrounding areas.

Once you’ve found your Cosey home please arrange a viewing with our friendly staff at a time convenient for you. We are able to take viewings on a Saturday so don’t panic if you have a busy working week! call 01744 750005 to speak to one of our team.
Hold it
If you are happy with the property and would like to proceed we will ask you to provide a £175 +VAT application & holding fee (An extra £50+ VAT if there are two people applying for the property) along with the following:
- A Guarantor
- A Character reference for each person on the tenancy agreement
- A professional reference for each person on the tenancy agreement
- Permission to carry out credit checks
- Photo identification
Check it
Our expert and professional team will check all references and carry out a credit check on each person on the tenancy agreement. We will update you throughout this process.
Confirm it
We will confirm when all checks have been made and the landlord is happy to proceed with your tenancy. We will arrange a suitable date for both parties to commence the tenancy and move you in!
Move it
On that day of moving in we will need to have received full funds including the Bond and the first month’s rent. Congratulations you are free to enjoy your new home!!
